Summary

Your Role:

Lead and motivate a dedicated care team.
Deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
Manage shifts, rota cover, and staff supervision.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
Ensure adherence to CQC regulations and care standards.
What We’re Looking For:

A strong communicator with a compassionate approach.
Experience in senior care roles (a plus).
A proactive team leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
