Summary
About the Role:The post holder will be part of College's central Additional Learning Provision (ALP) team and will work with the Enhanced Transition Coordinator and key staff members across college to support effective transition, into, within and out of college for learners requiring enhanced provision. You will be required to work as part of a team and this officer role will focus on working with a range of people to ensure that each learner's needs are identified and met. You will liaise with colleagues to provide and receive information that will support the learner's transition and progress Further Information:

Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the College, either at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role.
