Join our Fitness Team
Based at Downham/ Oasis, Hunstanton/St James and Lynnsport in Kings Lynn
All posts on a shift rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
If you have excellent communication skills a good understanding of customer care with a passion for health and wellbeing, we have great opportunities for you to join our fitness team
Membership Advisor
Initial salary between £23658 and £25470 (pro rata) per annum, plus sales targets commission.
Part Time - 30 hours per week
You will communicate with existing, and new members at our leisure sites to convert contacts into sales and promote member loyalty to our centres. You will also develop and implement an outreach programme of engagement events to promote the wellness brand and ensure maximum participation of all our facilities and services.
You will be proactive and self-motivated with experience of working in a sales environment with knowledge of sales processes. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively on your own or in a team.
Appointments are subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure, through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
