In this role you will contribute to teaching, research, knowledge exchange, enterprise and business engagement in the Department of Science in the School of Health & Life Sciences, as well as contributing to the wider School and University.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to teach a range of Biomedical Science related topics, with expertise in the area of Pathology and Neurology.

Knowledge and experience in teaching and assessing Biomedical Science students at undergraduate and postgraduate level is essential and you must be able to demonstrate contemporary knowledge and skills in this subject area. The ability to contribute to curriculum development and to negotiate and manage practice placement experiences is essential.

The position we are filling is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and a satisfactory DBS disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service is required as part of our clearance procedures.

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post may qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
