LOCATION: Scotland/NE England
SALARY: £40k - £45k p.a.

HOURS OF WORK: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
A professional who can ensure compliance with GMP regulations while overseeing day-to-day operations that meet strict regulatory
standards while optimising efficiency and quality.
You will be highly organised with a strong attention to detail and a leadership style that motivates and inspires high
performance. You will be proactive, solutions-focused, and resilient under pressure, with a strong commitment to operational
excellence and continuous improvement. You should have proven experience managing multi-site operations and possess a solid
background in health and safety, training management, HR practices, and operational finance. You must be capable of effectively
delivering strategic initiatives across operational teams, while demonstrating excellent interpersonal, leadership, and
communication skills. A strong customer service orientation and proficiency in performance monitoring and KPI management are also
essential.
* Provide effective leadership and coordination across all operational sites within the designated area
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and regulatory requirements and act as the master planner for site-specific
H&S planning and reporting
* Oversee training, development, and HR related activities for site teams
* Support and monitor financial performance to meet budgetary goals
* Drive business initiatives and continuous improvement programs
* Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to ensure high service standards
* Monitor and analyse operational KPIs to ensure efficiency and productivity
* Manage and control training documentation and records and oversee the upkeep of the area training matrix
* Ensure consistent quality compliance across all sites in line with GMP standards
