Summary

Rearo Laminates Ltd in Crawford are recruiting for an Apprentice Business Administrator. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months.

An excellent varied role, where the successful applicant will have a structured training plan whilst working and learning on a business administrator level 3 apprenticeship. The role is varied with admin, customer service / sales and some warehouse duties expected, where logistics training will also be provided.

• Welcome customers to Skelmersdale showroom and advise on product range.
• Sell products and deliver excellent customer service
• Process orders; answer phones; send emails, make customer service and sales calls
• Data input customer orders to React, company CRM system
• Day to day administration
• Support with warehouse duties i.e. help and unload vans
• Generate runs for deliveries
• Support all branch activities including attending meetings, mailing and post office duties
• Opportunity to develop a process improvement / project for the site

• The company is looking for someone who is hardworking and has a flexible approach to work
• Good communication and organisation skills and ability to multitask
• Physically fit to lift laminate wall panels & worktops (2 person lift on work tops)

Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm / Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm / 30 minutes unpaid lunch / ad hoc breaks during day / 39 hours per week
