Beacon House is an 8 bedded service based in Cranhill, Glasgow. We support 8 individuals with learning disabilities live life to the fullest.
As a Team Leader you will support the Registered Service Manager with the delivery of the service. You will also be responsible for ensuring a high-quality person-centred approach is delivered. It's a chance for you to showcase your confidence in your own abilities to effectively manage a team
Shift working including evenings and weekends is a requirement of the post. Previous working experience with the client group is preferred and previous supervisory experience is desirable.
Great leadership skills are essential to inspire your team through leading by example and delivering high-quality, flexible person-centred support while communicating effectively across all levels and with various external professionals.
We will make sure you have all the training and development you need to ensure you have the right tools to not only do a great job, but help you build a successful career within the foundation.

The successful candidate must possess excellent organisational skills and IT skills. Experience of MS Office is essential, particularly Word and Excel.
