The role:
Our client is seeking a Neighbourhood Response Officer to ensure local estates are clean, safe and welcoming. You’ll work with residents, local partners, and internal teams to resolve issues, tackle anti-social behaviour, and support vulnerable customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out estate inspections and follow up on fire safety actions
Support tenancy compliance and visit residents needing additional help
Collaborate with community groups and local agencies
Handle ASB cases, conduct property visits, attend court or evictions when required
What the client is looking for:
Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Confident working independently and with community partners
Experience in housing, tenancy management, or community work
Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
