Make a Real Difference with Flexible Support Work – Join Our Dedicated Team
We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to meet growing demand for flexible, ongoing roles. Join a compassionate and professional team committed to delivering the highest standard of care to individuals living with mental health conditions.
This role is based in a supportive residential environment that focuses on personalised care plans and empowering young people—typically aged 16—to develop the life skills needed for independent living by the age of 18. Many of the service users have experienced trauma, so we’re looking for calm, patient individuals who can provide consistent, empathetic support and help them build a brighter future.
You’ll follow structured routines and care plans, assisting with daily tasks and encouraging independence in a safe, nurturing setting. If you’re passionate about making a meaningful difference and delivering exceptional care, we’d love to hear from you.
For this role, you must have;
- A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment
- A DBS dated within the last 12 months or the facility to pay for one
- All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or the facility to pay for these.
- A passion to make a difference
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
*Please note that we do not offer sponsorships*
This is an ongoing position for work, based around the needs of the service provider
You will be working 09:00 to 19:00 on a variety of days throughout the week.
You will be paid:
£12.21 per hour (Mon-Fri)
£12.50 per hour (SatandSun)
