Flexible Support Worker Opportunity – Derby
We’re currently offering a flexible role for an experienced Support Worker to join a supported living service in Derby. In this position, you’ll provide 2-to-1 support to a young adult, helping them build the life skills needed for independent living.
The individual you’ll be supporting may have experienced past trauma, so we’re looking for someone who is calm, patient, and compassionate—someone who can offer consistent, empowering support to help them move forward with confidence.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include following personalised care plans and assisting with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and participating in community activities.
If you're a team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you.

- Up to date mandatory training
- A Referenceable work history
- At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
Please note that we do not offer sponsorships
