Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual for the role of ASW - Team Manager - Independence & Access. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team focused on enhancing independence and access for our diverse client base. Your role will involve strategic planning, overseeing operations, and ensuring that our initiatives align with both best practices and regulatory standards. As a key leader, you will be instrumental in fostering an environment that promotes client dignity and self-sufficiency, while also advocating for innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of individuals we serve. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, families, and community organizations, to identify needs and implement effective service strategies. Additionally, this role empowers you to drive quality improvement efforts and monitor compliance, ensuring that our services not only meet but exceed expectations. With your leadership, you will guide your team in establishing and maintaining strong relationships within the community, ultimately contributing to a more inclusive and accessible environment for all. Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team focused on client independence and access.
Oversee the implementation of programs and services aimed at enhancing client well-being.
Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to support access initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services and implement improvements as needed.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share best practices, and address challenges.
Act as a liaison between clients, families, and external agencies to address concerns and facilitate access.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within social services or a related field.
Strong understanding of independence-promoting practices and access-related services.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to meet and exceed performance goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on strategic thinking.

Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £31.77
