IPS Group are working with a growing insurer to recruit a Senior Claims Adjuster to join their UK Commercial Property team. This is a key hire to support the continued expansion of their commercial lines portfolio across the UK.

The Opportunity:

This is a hands-on, senior-level role managing a caseload of UK Commercial Property claims. You’ll work closely with colleagues across multiple offices including London and be supported both remotely and through regular in-person engagement from leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you’ll manage a varied caseload of commercial property claims, typically ranging from a few thousand pounds up to £1 million. You’ll operate with significant decision-making authority and work closely with underwriting and claims teams across the UK. This is a hands-on position where you’ll take full ownership of your files while contributing to the growth and success of a high performing, expanding function.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property claims and be confident managing files independently. You’ll be proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable working with minimal oversight. This role is well-suited to someone already operating at a senior level or ready to take that next step in their career.
