As a Curriculum Manager for Engineering, Electrical and Clean Energy with Redcar and Cleveland College you will be responsible for the recruitment of students/delegates to a designated area of the curriculum, including the marketing and promotion of the programme area and school and employer liaison. To be responsible for the quality and outcomes arising from teaching, learning, assessment and guidance and support within the programme area, including key or functional skills, attendance, retention, achievement, value added, progression and destinations. To ensure that student/delegate safety, enjoyment and success is at the heart of planning and delivery. To plan and manage resources in order to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality teaching and learning within the designated programme area. The ideal candidate will be a time served Engineer with strong industry experience and a proven track record of delivering engineering provision. Knowledge and experience of current working practises in the relevant discipline, with a clear focus on quality of education for our students and their aspirations to achieve beyond their expectations.
