CLEANER – SEAL SANDS, MIDDLESBROUGH (TS2 1UH)£12.60 per hour | 17.5 hours per week
Monday–Friday | Flexible shifts between 07:00–14:30 and 12:00–19:30
Please note: Due to the remote site location, applicants must have a valid driving licence and their own reliable transport. No public transport is available.

What You’ll DoMaintain a high standard of cleanliness across all areas, including offices, washrooms, corridors, kitchens, and shared spaces.
Follow scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
Work safely, identifying and reporting any potential hazards or maintenance needs.
Support your teammates and foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with company policies.
A can-do attitude and pride in your work.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Reliable transport and valid UK driving licence (essential).
