Summary
CF Services has been providing furniture and flooring solutions to local authorities, housing associations and caring organisations since 1997. Our aim is to provide a single source of quality domestic furnishings - all to meet a budget set by our customers.
Due to continued expansion, we now have a vacancy for the following person at our East Kilbride Depot.
Key Account Administrator
Job Type: Full-time
Salary - £23 - £25k
Ideally you will be a forward thinking, motivated team player with a lively personality, an assertive nature and an excellent eye for detail. This is a high-pressured role, but we believe a very rewarding role. You will be helping to improve the lives of others.
Key functions are:
• To key sales orders onto the system using Sage Line 50
• Liaise with installers and handle the flow of paperwork to the warehouse
• Invoice previous days’ jobs
• Liaising with clients via telephone and e-mail
• You will be the dedicated point of contact for a Key Customer
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Good telephone skills
• Experience working in an office environment
• Work well under pressure
• Strong customer focus
• Excellent organisational skills
Full Training will be provided on our systems and procedures.
