Summary
Murray Recruitment are recruiting experienced Administrator’s for our client based in East Kilbride.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by logging accurate data, coordinating job schedules, and maintaining clear communication between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Log and maintain accurate records of jobs, ensuring all data is kept up to date on relevant portals.
Schedule and coordinate jobs efficiently, liaising with clients and internal departments.
Handle client and team communications via phone and email in a professional manner.
Update and maintain internal systems with detailed job and client information.
Prepare reports and required documentation in a timely manner.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload effectively.
