Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established principal contractor specialising in Construction, Refurbishment, Fit Out and Small Works. Our client is seeking a hands-on professional to support the accounts and administration functions within the business as this role forms part of the Finance and Admin Department.
Overview
This position offers a mix of accounts and operational responsibilities, ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual looking to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment and full training will be provided.
Experience
Issuing drawing and uploading drawings onto portal.
Printing Drawings (A3 and A1) and distributing for Site Set-ups.
Collating and completing O&M Manuals.
Scanning and filing documents from site.
Printing for Estimating Department.
Issuing purchase orders.
Processing invoices.
Sending out invoices for authorising, scanning authorised invoices and update CRM system.
Filing invoices and subcontractor payment certificates.
Updating various spreadsheets for month end and year end account.
All associated administration to support the department.
Skills & Experience
Experience within a similar position - full training will be provided
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Able to work on own initiative and within a team environment.
Offering
Competitive salary (dependent on experience).
Hours of work Monday - Thursday 8.30am -5pm and Friday 8.30 - 3.30pm
Holidays initially 25 days plus 8 Statutory Holidays.
Pension
Holiday allowance increases additional holiday every 5 years up to 30 days
Company pension scheme increases through service.
