The Glasgow School of Art (GSA) is a world leading, independent, university-level institution for the visual creative disciplines. Applications are invited for an Administrative Officer, in the School of Design.

You will deliver a professional administrative service in support of the academic programme you are assigned to, including the Learning, Teaching and Research strategies and provide administrative support to the Head of School, Deputy Head of School and Academic Support Manager as required, in their academic and professional duties, within the School and beyond, networking locally, nationally and internationally.

You will be educated to HND level or equivalent and/or have relevant experience working in a similar role. Excellent administrative and IT skills are essential, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
