Smile Education are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistant to work with a nursery class and support with wrap around care. Candidates should be qualified to Level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
The school has a supportive and friendly staff who are committed to maintaining high standards by achieving the best for all pupils. We provide an environment in which teachers enjoy working and feel valued and supported by senior leaders to do well.
This is a full-time role. Monday to Friday.
Successful candidate:
• Be able to work with specific pupils with a range of SEND needs, supporting the children one-to-one, in small groups and in class depending on the provision.
• Experience of working with SEND pupils.
• Be flexible and able to adapt to a range of duties and be committed to working in our teams.
• Be reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to working with children having a ‘can do’ approach.
