Summary

Job Description

Application by submitted CV to recruitment@citypropertyglasgow.co.uk The Property Accounts Officer will be a point of contact for tenants who have queries relating to commercial property charges and will work in conjunction with the CPGI’s property managers, as well as our external agents. They will assist with resolving issues that may arise from the Credit Control team, and be proactive in cascading information to tenants and other stakeholders to ensure recovery of income is maximised. They will allocate workload to the credit control team and liaise with our Legal partners. They will support the Property Accounts Manager in the implementation and monitoring of service charges.
