Summary
This role at Rangers FC, sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.
Elior UK are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant to work within the Finance Team based at Ibrox Stadium.
What you will be doing
- Raise Sales Invoices and tracking Credit Control
- Raise Estimates, Log Invoices and check supplier statements Logging Card Sales and Deposits to internal system
- Preparation of monthly stock takes
- Preparation of weekly departmental forecasting
- Assist with client/customer queries
- Ad hoc duties as specified by Finance Manager
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday / 37.5 hours per week / 7.5 hour shifts
Essential Requirements
- Experience working within an accounts department Good numeracy skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Take ownership of delegated tasks
