Summary
Our client based in Quedgeley are looking for a team player to join their close-knit friendly team as an Administration Assistant on a permanent basis. Your role will involve looking after the members of the association and organising events as well as carrying out basic administration duties.
*To apply for this role you must be able to attend an annual conference meeting for a week in October, supported by the whole team. Time off will be given in lieu, separate from the generous holiday package*
Candidate Responsibilities;
- Processing membership applications
- Dealing with customers over the phone, by post and email
- Help organising training events
- Putting together the association’s annual congress
- Various Administrative duties
Candidate Attributes;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn
- Ability to multitask
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Packages
Hours- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary- £24k + 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
