About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our busy yet friendly Academic Registry team and develop an excellent understanding of working in a professional service in Higher Education.

The role will primarily be assisting with all aspects of the student enrolment process and assisting with the day-to-day administration of the Academic Records team, which will involve handling queries from staff and students, processing enrolments, undertaking data entry tasks, and providing general administrative support across the team.

This role will give you an insight into student administration and allow you to develop valuable and transferable skills, including customer service, problem solving, data management and system-based solutions. You will work closely with various teams across the university allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of all the interlinking processes that facilitate the students journey from enrolment to award conferral.

About You
As Administrative Assistant you will have:

Previous experience of administration
An enthusiastic can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
Good communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
High organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
