About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our friendly and fast paced Finance Department.
You will liaise and collaborate with departments and students’ university wide, providing high quality customer service which is aligned to the strategic aims of the university. Whilst also reconciling online payments, to ensure correct funds are received and recording this accurately and rectifying any discrepancies. You will be responsible for the reconciliation of the various university bank accounts including resolving any complex issues and liaising with external third parties.
The Finance Department provide a full financial service to the university and its subsidiaries, including budgeting and forecasting, account payable and receivable, payroll, cashier and nominal ledger functions.

About You
As Finance Administrator, you will have:
Previous sales ledger experience
Experience working in Higher Education, Public Sector or a large complex environment
Excellent attention to detail and a clear logical thinker
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
