Responsibilities
Lead and manage enforcement initiatives related to the LBS-011 Project.
Develop and implement enforcement policies and practices to ensure compliance.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on enforcement matters.
Conduct investigations and gather evidence in compliance with legal standards.
Prepare and present reports on enforcement activities and outcomes to senior management.
Provide training and mentorship to enforcement staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and evaluate enforcement programs to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in law, criminal justice, public administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in enforcement, compliance, or regulatory roles.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects effectively.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
