Summary
Allstaff Marketing Division are working with our well established manufacturing client based in Inchinnan Business Park to recruit for the position of Paid Media Manager.
As Paid Media Manager, you will lead their digital ad campaigns across direct to consumer websites and Amazon Vendor, growing the digital advertising channels and delivering results with a proactive, data-driven approach. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, and collaborating with their Ecommerce and Marketing teams, you will devise, execute, optimise and report on the paid advertising strategy across multiple brands.
We’re looking for extensive digital advertising experience with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and Amazon Ads. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data analysis and budget management while possessing the soft skills to work effectively both independently and in a team.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing digital advertising strategies and campaigns which align with our trading calendar and business objectives at the same time as driving engagement, conversions and growth.
Forecast KPI’s and manage budget effectively to deliver on objectives.
Analyse campaign performance to identify areas for improvements and optimisations. Utilise bid strategies and targeting strategies for optimal performance.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with our brand and marketing teams to liaise with on content briefs and requirements, ensuring our required content is delivered in a timely manner.
Reporting on performance metrics, delivering recommendations and actionable insights. Strong analytical skillset to make data driven decisions.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as Paid Media Manager or similar/equivalent role.
Extensive experience with Google Ads
Extensive experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with Youtube advertising.
Experience with TikTok advertising.
Expertise with Amazon Ads.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practises and optimisation strategies.
Proven track record of managing budgets and devising strategy across paid media channels.
Proficiency in MS Excel essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Agile team player with a proactive approach, capable of effective time management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred but not essential.
Hours are Monday to Friday, normally 9 am - 5 pm however there is some flexibility on start and finish times. Friday is always a 4 pm finish.
Own transport is preferred due to the location of the business.
