Summary

Allstaff Marketing Division have a fantastic opportunity to work for well established manufacturing company based in Inchinnan Business Park.

Due to growth in the Marketing Division, they are seeking a Junior Brand Manager to play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of branding strategies for their products. You will work closely with the senior marketing team to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate should be highly organised, and have a strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the senior marketing team to develop and implement brand strategies and campaigns for our products.
Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
Support the planning and execution of product launches and promotional activities.
Work with the creative team to develop visually compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
Help manage social media and digital marketing efforts to enhance brand presence and engage with our audience.
Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics and generate reports on key performance indicators.
Closely monitor commercial results and support the sales team to drive growth.
Support the management of budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
Assist in the coordination of events, trade shows, and influencer collaborations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing techniques.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role
Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
Previous experience working with a manufacturer would be preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.Strong organisational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in Canva/Adobe.
This job is fully on site. The hours are Monday to Thursday 9 am - 5.30 pm, Friday 9 am - 4.30 pm.

Own transport is preferred due to the location of the business.
