Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs and strengths.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals.
Provide counseling and emotional support to clients facing various challenges.
Advocate for clients' rights and access to social services and community resources.
Monitor clients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Facilitate group therapy sessions and support groups to foster peer support.
Maintain accurate and confidential case records and documentation as required.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
Valid social work license in the state of practice.
Experience in a clinical or social services environment preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Cultural competence and sensitivity to clients' diverse backgrounds.
Commitment to ethical practice and continuing education in the field.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £30.50
