Summary

Sir Thomas Wharton Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Careers Specialist to join our vibrant team as Careers Manager. Working closely with the Senior Leader for Careers and Personal Development, you will lead the delivery of an outstanding careers curriculum-encompassing high-quality work experience, impartial careers advice and guidance, and clear progression pathways-ensuring every student is equipped to make informed decisions about their post-16 and post-18 futures and empowered to lead successful, fulfilling lives.At Sir Thomas Wharton Academy, we place great value on Careers Education and Personal Development. Our current offer includes structured work experience placements in Years 10 and 12, and weekly Key Stage 3 timetabled electives delivered every Wednesday afternoon.
