Summary


The NHS Counter Fraud Authority (NHSCFA) is the national body responsible for all matters relating to the prevention, detection and investigation of economic crime across the NHS. Further information about our work and annual plan for delivering this is available on our website.

Working within the Corporate Affairs Directorate the postholder is responsible for providingarangeofadministrationsupportacrosstheorganisation.Thiswillinclude minute taking, maintaining action logs, management of the general enquiries mailbox, travel bookings, raising requisition and purchase orders, obtaining quotes for a range of goods, services and stationary, transcribing audio interviews, preparing slides decks, collating data and other information.

Minute taking at a range of meetings, projects and working groups throughout the organisationandmanagementoftheassociatedactionlogs,checkingprogressand implementation against deadline dates.

Oversightofthegeneralenquiriesmailboxandothersharedmailboxes, reviewing queries and responding autonomously or redirecting as required.

Receiveinformationfromavarietyofinternalandexternalstakeholders,review content,requestfurtherinformationtoensurefullunderstandingandcoordinate responses. This will include handling complex and sensitive data requests.

We have offices based in Coventry, Newcastle and London and offer flexible, hybrid, office and home-based working. In addition to the advertised salary working in the London area will attract High-Cost Area Supplement where appropriate.
