Further details about the role
We are looking for a passionate committed leader with the skills, vision and energy to join our Middle Leadership Team. As student Achievement Leader, you will work collaboratively with Tutors and other Middle Leaders and provide support to the Senior Leadership Team. You will be able to demonstrate experience of building effective relationships with both students and staff.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead and manage the achievement, progress, attendance and behaviour for a year group ensuring disadvantaged students have a high priority. You will be ably supported by a dedicated Student Welfare Manager and year group SLT link to achieve the highest possible level of support and pastoral care for students.
