We’re looking for passionate and dedicated swimming instructors to join our dynamic team!
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Instructor: You must hold a Swim England or STA Level 2 Swimming Teaching Qualification.
* Safety-Focused: You prioritise swimmer safety and create a supportive learning environment.
* Excellent Communicator: You can effectively engage with swimmers of all ages and maintain clear communication with parents.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using electronic devices to manage registers and administrative tasks.
* Proactive Attitude: You stay up to date with training, compliance, and the latest teaching methods.
Desirable Attributes:
* Experience: Previous swimming instruction experience is advantageous.
* Additional Certifications: RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or First Aid Certification is a plus.
* Calm and Motivational: You can remain composed in challenging situations and motivate learners to reach their potential.
