About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Fitness & Wellbeing Coach to join the team at Honiton Leisure Centre. In this
role, you will:
* Deliver personalised fitness programmes and conduct fitness MOTs
* Motivate and support members to achieve their health and wellbeing goals
* Promote additional services including personal training and group classes
* Assist with membership tours and sales
* Ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained fitness environment
About You
You’ll be passionate about health and fitness, with great communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. You
should be:
* Qualified to Level 2 in Fitness Instructing (or willing to train)
* Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends
* A team player with a friendly and approachable manner
* Confident in helping members of all ages and abilities
First Aid at Work certification is required (training can be provided). Additional qualifications such as Level 3 Personal
Training or Exercise to Music are desirable but not essential.
