Summary
A Secondary School in Salford is seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Salary: £13.68 - £15/hour DOE
Contract Type: Temporary
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff, providing information and directing them as needed.
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, admissions, and other relevant data.
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and other staff, including filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
- Assist in organising and coordinating school events, meetings, and appointments.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols to ensure the safety of students and staff.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and legislation.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Experience working within a Front of House Administrative role, preferably within a school environment
- Proficiency in school MIS - SIMS, Bromcom, Arbour or other similar
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
