Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary:
Join our team as a Receptionist where you will be the welcoming face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and vital administrative support. We are looking for a professional individual with strong organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of our front desk.

Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests, creating a positive first impression
- Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
- Maintain a clean and inviting reception area for visitors
- Support clerical tasks such as typing, data entry, and filing documents
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Schedule and organize appointments effectively
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to visitors courteously
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless operations
- Update databases using Google Suite and other office software

Requirements:
- Proficient in Google Suite for efficient data management
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous
- Exceptional organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office procedures and clerical duties
- Competent in computerized systems for record keeping
- Prior administrative experience is a plus
