We have a full-time permanent Business Administrator vacancy within the Adult Social Care, East Sussex Shared Lives & Supported Accommodation Service.

We are looking to appoint a dynamic administrator who will provide support to the managers, staff and clients within the Shared Lives & Supported Accommodation Service.

The successful candidate will have:

The ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of people.
Ability to manage a reception area and remain calm in a busy working environment.
Strong IT skills particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams and MS Outlook.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work according to the requests being received.
The ability to work as part of a team to support with administration tasks and the management of the office.
The ability to follow instructions as well as using your own initiative to escalate information as appropriate.
Shared Lives is a type of accommodation based support that enables people to live life to the full in their communities.

East Sussex Supported Accommodation is a service that aims to enable adults to live more independently in the community. The Supported Accommodation Team (SAT) approves and supports providers who have houses, flats, or self-contained bedsits to provide accommodation and support clients referred by Adult Social Care services.
