Summary
Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused Student Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the application and admission process for international study, while maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise students on suitable courses and institutions based on their academic background, goals, and preferences.
• Assist in the end-to-end admissions process, including applications, document preparation, and visa counseling.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global education systems, visa regulations, and partner institutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, universities, and other stakeholders.
• Achieve individual and team-based recruitment targets.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and other promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses in the CRM system.
• Provide timely follow-up to prospective leads and ensure high conversion rates.
