Job Title: Net Revenue Manager
Location: Redhill (Surrey) or Tottle (Nottingham) – Hybrid working
Salary: £55,000–£65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
Reporting to: Head of Net Revenue Management
Direct Reports: 1 x Net Revenue Analyst

The Compleat Food Group is on a mission to make great food accessible to everyone. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Net
Revenue Manager to join our Commercial Finance team and lead revenue optimisation across our portfolio of own-label and branded
chilled products.
In this high-impact role, you’ll help shape strategy through product performance analysis, pricing, pack architecture, and
promotional effectiveness—working cross-functionally to drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead distribution and product mix analysis to identify growth and margin opportunities.
* Evaluate and refine promotional strategies to maximise impact and value for money.
* Develop price and pack architecture using data-driven insights and tools like Buynomics and BluePlanner.
* Monitor internal and competitor pricing to inform strategic decisions and commercial planning.
* Deliver regular reports and insights to senior stakeholders and support budgeting and forecasting.
About You:
* 3+ years in revenue management, pricing or commercial analytics (FMCG/chilled food experience preferred).
* Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to turn insight into action.
* Skilled in Excel and familiar with tools like Nielsen NIQ, Circana, Kantar, and retailer data platforms.
* Clear communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
* Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Full UK driving licence (travel to UK sites required).
