Summary
Role Overview:
Working with the support of the Directors of the group, your role will encompass managing a thriving and successful division of a multifaceted Roofing Group. The role includes day to day leadership and team management in the core areas of the business to include; sales & commercial activity (estimating, new business and key client relationship management), pre & post construction tender activity, supplier management and project procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
• As a core part of the Senior Management team, you will take ownership of identifying and maximising opportunities across the Roofing business (Flat Roofing)
• Look to drive pipeline and new business opportunities for Flat Roofing business within the London area
• Deliver the business plan confidently, whilst also striving to identify growth and improve efficiencies.
• Working with the Directors and Internal stakeholders of the group in cross selling other Group Services to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Hold direct responsibility for the recruitment, training and development of staff within your team.
The ideal candidate must have significant Roofing experience, gained within a commercial environment, and have held responsibility for the operational activity and performance of a business.
Experience/Qualifications sought:
• Flat Roofing experience (or similar) gained within a contracting environment ideally
• Construction management: 5 years (Preferred)
• Driver's Licence (Essential)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• All applicants must be computer literate and ideally have experience gained in a management role.

• Package to suit qualifications and experience.
