Requirements
Full UK Clean Driving Licence (Essential).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in window cleaning management (Essential).
Strong knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety regulations.
Ability to work early hours and in all weather conditions.
Physically fit, punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) and IT literacy.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to work with / manage teams / supervise on-site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate window cleaning operations to meet company standards.
Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance.
Manage schedules, equipment, and client interactions.
Complete a paid trial period to assess suitability.
