We are looking for a skilled, experienced Pest Control Technician to join our expanding team in London. About the Role:
This position is suited to an experienced technician who has worked at least one year in the field, delivering pest control services confidently and independently. While a BPCA/RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management is desirable, it is not essential – what matters most is your hands-on experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused approach.

Your Responsibilities:
Deliver pest control treatments and inspections across a wide range of client sites, working independently
Diagnose, assess, and apply effective pest control solutions using industry best practices
Provide excellent customer service, explaining treatments and offering prevention advice clearly and confidently
Identify pest entry points and carry out basic proofing and preventative work when needed
Keep clear, accurate records of all work and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Identify opportunities to promote additional services, maximising client satisfaction and revenue
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Minimum 1 year of practical experience as a pest control technician (essential)
✔ BPCA/RSPH Level 2 Pest Management qualification (preferred but not required)
✔ Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills – ability to manage infestations effectively
✔ Full UK driving licence (Category B)
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage your own workload without supervision
✔ Basic proofing skills (identifying and sealing pest entry points)
✔ No criminal record (due to the nature of the work, background checks may apply)
Bonus if you have:
➕ Experience with specialist treatments (e.g., bird control, fumigation, or heat treatment)
➕ Previous experience in customer service or sales
