✅ Strategic planning & transformation initiatives
✅ Embracing innovation – from AI to DfMA to nature-based solutions
✅ Supporting an ambitious recruitment and resourcing strategy
✅ Driving performance, quality, consistency & delivery excellence
✅ Building an inclusive, collaborative and forward-thinking culture
✅ Supporting the Engineering Director to manage operations, risk and growth
✅ Championing sustainability, health & safety, and continuous improvement
✅ Representing the @one Alliance within the sector and beyond

What You’ll Bring

✅ Degree in Engineering (or related discipline)
✅ Project & change management experience (qualification desirable)
✅ Proven leadership in engineering, operations, and transformation
✅ A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and empower others
✅ Strong experience in improving performance through innovation
✅ Passion for sustainability, safety and creating long-term impact
