Summary
Join our team as a Retention and Upsell Agent, where you’ll focus on keeping our valued clients happy and excited about our services. Handle client concerns, present new offerings, and maximize customer satisfaction.
Key Duties:
Receive and manage inbound client inquiries.
Address customer concerns and provide proactive retention solutions.
Suggest additional products/services based on client needs.
Log interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
Hit individual and team performance targets.
Skills and Experience:
6 months+ call center experience is a plus.
Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Energetic attitude and a sales-driven mindset.
