Summary
Preparing patients to see a member of the multidisciplinary team, performing observations, bloods, ecgs and swabs Ensuring smooth running of the clinics, by working logically and prioritizing workload Working alongside CNS with wound care and chest drain management/removal Assisting with procedures Supervising junior staff, assisting with training and development, and delegation of tasks Developing and maintaining clinical and managerial skills in an outpatient setting Assisting the care coordinator in making sure patients are booked for correct follow up appointment Managing post-procedure complications, the deteriorating patient, and ward admissions Please see attached job description for full details.
