Summary
Learning & Development Facilitator
Salary: £31,000 pro rata
Location: Travel to our London sites required
Please note that this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Ingeus are looking for a Learning & Development Facilitator to deliver pre-designed, in-person and virtual training sessions to staff across our offices in the Central and West London Region.
The Learning & Development facilitator will work closely with local managers, Performance Coaches, and the L&D team to identify specific training needs and customise the schedule and learning solutions accordingly.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborating closely with the Learning & Development team to execute the L&D strategy throughout the company and reflecting business priorities.
- Ensuring all staff have the skills, knowledge, and behaviours to succeed by providing comprehensive training support.
- Delivering standardised in-person training and virtual sessions to employment advisors across Central and West London.
- Working with local managers to understand specific training requirements and tailoring the schedule and learning packages accordingly.
- Conducting in-person skills and knowledge assessments to evaluate advisors, identify gaps, and measure progress.
- Collaborate with Performance Coaches to ensure new starters are well-prepared and confident in their roles.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to travel frequently and adjust training methods to suit different audiences and environments.
- Organisational Skills: Efficient in managing time, preparing materials, and coordinating training sessions.
- Feedback and Assessment: Proficiency in providing immediate feedback and conducting skills and knowledge assessments.
- Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
- Professional Certification in Learning & Development, Training, or a related area (e.g., CIPD, ATD).
- Experience: Proven experience in delivering training sessions, both virtual and in-person, preferably in a similar role.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
