platforms.
PA Media Group’s HR team is committed to delivering excellence by driving innovative and progressive people solutions across the
Group.
Alamy, PA Media’s industry-leading e-commerce platform, operates in the creative and editorial stock imagery market. As part of
Alamy’s continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and commercially focused Senior HR Business Partner to play a pivotal
role in driving performance and embedding strategic initiatives in the business.
This is an operational role and part of the Alamy senior leadership team, supporting Alamy’s growth ambitions and ensuring HR
excellence across the Abingdon office, our Alamy India operations, and for remote employees based in the US.
You will need to have strong stakeholder management skills and work closely with the wider PA Media Group to align Alamy’s goals
with the Group’s structure and direction.
Inclusion
We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported. We welcome candidates with
diverse skills, experiences, and perspectives.
If you need any adjustments during the recruitment process, please contact our team—we are here to support you every step of the
way.
PA Media Group aims to ensure that all opportunities are accessible to everyone. If you require any accommodations to complete the
application process, please get in touch.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering
results. You’ll have accountability for all HR operations at Alamy, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people
strategies.
In this role, you will:
* Take ownership of implementing and embedding HR strategies, ensuring they are effectively delivered across Alamy.
* Act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, providing expert guidance on a broad range of HR matters.
* Oversee all aspects of employee relations (ER), confidently resolving complex queries and supporting managers to drive best
practice.
* Leverage HR data and insights to influence decision-making and enhance business performance.
* Support the delivery of Alamy’s growth ambitions by embedding initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and
culture.
* Partner with key stakeholders across PA Media Group to ensure a consistent approach to structure and direction.
* This is a hands-on role where you’ll be deeply involved in driving the performance of a high-growth business, ensuring that HR
processes are effectively implemented to enable business success.
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll be commercially minded, resilient, and confident in managing multiple priorities while
maintaining strong relationships.
You will bring:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, complex environment.
* Strong knowledge of employee relations with a track record of resolving complex issues.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive change.
* Experience working with global teams or across multiple regions, ideally including India and the US.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery.
* CIPD level 5 or above qualification (or equivalent) or qualified by experience.
* Given the operational focus of this role, you will need to be based locally to Abingdon and available to be on-site at least
three times a week, with occasional travel to other offices as required.
What We Offer
In return for your commitment, you’ll be joining a collaborative and driven team where your contributions are recognised and
valued.
We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
* 25 days holiday plus 8 public holidays.
* Enhanced pay for maternity, paternity, and adoption leaves.
* Private medical insurance
* Life assurance (4x salary)
