EPUT and MSEFT are embarking on a UK first of type EPR procurement for a single EPR that spans Acute, Mental Health and Community health services. We have already undertaken extensive market engagement have submitted our full business case.
There is extensive interest nationally in this first of type opportunity and we are excited to offer this role to an experienced PMO Risk lead to support us in delivering to the programme.
As the Senior Project Manager for EPR you will work alongside a team of PMO professionals. The role requires good working knowledge of project and programme Governance and assurance. You must have the ability to thrive in an environment that is constantly evolving and respond positively to the challenges that come with that.
• To support the PMO Lead, Deputy Programme Director and Programme Director.
• Produce clear programme documentation, and data
• Support the overall Change Management agenda.
• Act as a member of the Improvement Institute, supporting group wide projects and activities to improve change management and delivery across the group.
• Act at the key link between improvement delivery and business intelligence.
• Work with clinical, operational and improvement delivery teams to ensure projects are set up with clear objectives, outcomes, plans and risk management.
• To advise in the identification of project and programme KPIs, sources of data and the production and maintenance of project.
Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSEFT) provides services to the residents of Southend, Basildon, and Chelmsford. It was formed in April 2020 by the merger of Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust, and Basildon & Thurrock University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) provides community health, mental health and learning disability services to support more 3.2 million people living across Bedfordshire, Essex, and Suffolk.
EPUT was formed on 1 April 2017 following the merger of North Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (NEP) and South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT).
• To support the PMO Lead, Deputy Programme Director and Programme Director to ensure the purpose of the PMO is widely understood and how the role supports the successful delivery of improvement and transformation work programmes.
• Support the overall Change Management agenda as required including supporting events deemed within the scope of this role.• Act at the key link between improvement delivery and business intelligence team to ensure reporting is supported by metrics and data to evidence levels of progress.
• Work with clinical, operational and improvement delivery teams to ensure projects are set up with clear objectives, outcomes, plans and risk management to ensure strong monitoring and assurance arrangements can be put in place.
• Create and update a lessons’ learned repository for the Programme.
• Identify and disseminate lessons learned through each of the phases of the programme.
• Effectively manage the dependencies and inter dependencies of the programme and the reporting across each of the workstream areas.
