Summary

In this varied role, you’ll join our small Business Team, as a Business Support Officer carrying out research and providing information via data, reports and presentations to management in relation to service-related digital/HR projects and solutions. The information you provide will be used to support with the analysis of Older Adults and Younger Adults services.

What you'll do:
• Undertaking research on subjects relating to the services we offer across Hampshire
• Research and provide information: Undertake research and deliver data on various subjects related to our services, including market trends, staffing and other topical matters.
• Keeping key documents and reports updated and functioning, such as staffing levels
• and hours, staff agency usage, bed capacity, short term service, long stay service,
• Maintain records: Keep key documents and reports updated.
• Support analysis: Analyse key data across Older Adults and Younger Adults services.
• Adapt: Efficiently deliver high-quality work to within deadlines, adapting swiftly to the demands of a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate: Work with systems support team and colleagues, and share information effectively with different audiences.
