Key Responsibilities:
• Support the General Manager in daily operations
• Lead and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
• Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained
• Manage guest relations and handle feedback professionally
• Assist with inventory management and cost control
• Contribute to revenue growth strategies
• Oversee staff scheduling and training
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within fine dining
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellence in guest relations and conflict resolution
• Financial acumen and business understanding
• Wine knowledge and passion for gastronomy
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
