Summary
Working to the Deputy Director Internal Consultancy Group support the delivery of business change and transformation within the Royal Navy.
Support Executive decision making through the delivery of independent analysis and advice related to the effectiveness of the Navy Command Operating Model.
Lead individual change or analysis projects, either with ICG team members, or in multi-disciplinary teams drawn from across Navy Command.
Build organisational awareness and adherence to the Navy Command Operating Model, identifying areas for improvement and scoping potential change activity to deliver it.
Support RN work to engage with the Defence Reform programme, ensuring the that Navy Command Operating Model is aligned to the new Defence Operating Model.
Management of Fast Streamers, interns and secondees when required.
